Vampire Fangs Dipped in Blood

Go batty over these "fang-tastic" apple snacks!

What You'll Need:
8 large Red Delicious apples
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 10-oz. jar of strawberry or cherry sauce

What to do:

  1. Wash, peel, and core the apples.
  2. Cut each apple into 8 slices.
  3. Dip the apple slices into the lemon juice (this will prevent them from turning brown).
  4. To create the fangs, trim the apple slices so that they become pointy, triangular (and toothlike) shapes. Dip them into the lemon juice again and lightly sprinkle them with sugar.
  5. Arrange the fangs on a serving platter covered with strawberry dipping sauce. Splatter some of the "blood" over the fangs

Makes 10 servings.
